The LEONARDO is a black tungsten carbide men's wedding band with a brushed matte center and polished rose gold stepped edges, available in 4mm, 6mm, and 8mm widths. Comfort fit, free inside laser engraving, backed by the Aydins Lifetime Warranty.
The Metal
Tungsten carbide is the hardest wedding-band metal made - roughly 4x harder than titanium and 10x harder than 18k gold - with a Mohs hardness of 8.5 to 9. In practical terms: this band will not scratch from keys, tools, gym equipment, or daily contact with desks, steering wheels, or phone cases. It will look the same in five years as it looks the day you open the box.
The black tone on the LEONARDO is a PVD (physical vapor deposition) finish bonded to the tungsten core at the molecular level, not paint or plating. It will not peel, strip, or wear through. The metal is fully hypoallergenic and nickel-free.
Brushed Center and Polished Rose Gold Stepped Edges
The face of the ring carries a matte brushed black tungsten center, framed by polished rose gold stepped edges that run the full circumference along both sides of the band. The two-tone contrast reads as modern and understated: a muted brushed black field across the face, with a warm rose gold accent catching light at the edges. From a distance the ring reads as a sleek black band; up close, the rose gold edge detail comes into focus.
