All Aydin's jewelry is made to the highest standards using quality materials and expert craftsmanship. Our products are guaranteed to be free of defects. Any jewelry that fails to meet our standards of excellence will be replaced under our warranty. If your ring cracks or breaks from accidental damage, it will also be replaced under our warranty terms listed below. To request warranty work, simply contact us. If your ring style is no longer being manufactured, a similar style may be substituted. 

Any third party alterations to the ring/jewelry will void the warranty. Aydin's will replace the item only. Any engraving or custom work will have to be redone, at the customer's expense. Warranty does not cover normal wear, including scratches, as tungsten rings are scratch-resistant, not scratch proof. Aydin's is not responsible for any sentimental value of the original jewelry. Shipping fees are the consumer’s responsibility. 

All jewelry items that are not rings are refundable within 30 days of the date received and will have a $25% restocking fee. Must be returned brand new in box without any wear. Engraved items are not eligible for refunds. Refunds do not cover customs fees or shipping paid. Return and Exchange policy for rings are listed below.  

Lifetime Sizing (only applies to Alternative Metal Rings)
Due to the hardness of alternative metals, they cannot be resized like traditional gold or platinum rings.  Therefore if your finger size changes, you will need a brand new ring in a different size. Aydin's will exchange your ring for a different size for as long as you own the ring. Simply contact us to arrange a size exchange. Aydin's will only replace the ring for a different size, not a different style.  Any engraving or custom work will have to be redone, at the customer's expense. Warranty does not cover normal wear, including scratches, as rings are scratch-resistant, not scratch proof. Aydin's is not responsible for any sentimental value of the original jewelry. Shipping fees are the consumer’s responsibility. Fees vary depending on the ring and style of the ring being exchanged.

How to Exchange if your ring is NOT engraved. (Within 30 Days Of Purchase)
-Exchanges Are FREE.
-Custom 14k Gold Rings have an exchange fee of $100 (cannot be sized and have to be remade)
-You are responsible for the postage to us. We will take care of the standard postage on the way back for US Customers only.
-Send the ring back with the printed exchange form.
-Once received we will process your exchange as quickly as possible.

How to Exchange if your ring IS engraved or has passed the 30 Day policy. (Lifetime Warranty & Sizing)
The lifetime warranty does not cover normal wear, including scratches, as rings are scratch resistant, not scratch-proof. The warranty strictly covers the ring, not the inlay. Inlay damage is considered normal wear and tear. Please be aware that some inlays are exposed and could be more prone to damage. Stones that happen to fall out throughout the lifetime of the ring are not covered. There is a fee to replace any lost or damaged stones. Up to 6 months warranty exchanges are Free. (does not include sizing), 6-12 months are $29 (includes sizing), 12 months on wards are $49 (includes sizing) The fee for Diamonds and Gems will be determined once received
-Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
-Alterations to the ring will void the warranty.
-Shipping fees are the responsibility of the consumer
-Aydin's is not responsible for the sentimental or intrinsic value of the original ring
-The ring can only be replaced with the exact same style and width.
-Aydin's may substitute a similar style in case a certain ring style has been discontinued.
-Engraved Ring/Lifetime Size Exchanges are $29. Exchanges after 12 months are $49.
-Custom 14k Gold Rings have an exchange fee of $100 (cannot be sized and have to be remade)
-The customers are responsible for the postage to us. We will take care of the standard postage on the way back for US Customers only.
-Send the ring back with the printed exchange form.-Once received we will process your exchange and also send an invoice for the balance.

How to Return your ring. (Within 30 Days Of Purchase)
-Engraved rings CANNOT be returned.-You are responsible for the postage to us.
-Send the ring back with the printed return form.
-Once received we will process your return and a $25 restocking fee will be assessed.
-Custom 14k Gold Rings have a restocking fee of 25%
