If a non-engraved ring isn’t right, return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund. We charge a flat $25 restocking fee per order to cover inspection and re-listing, for items priced $1,000 or more, the restocking fee is 25% of the item price. The customer covers return shipping in both cases.

Returns must be unworn, in original condition, with original packaging. Customer covers return shipping. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt and inspection.

Engraved rings can be exchanged. Unlike refunds, the engraving doesn’t block an exchange, we transfer the engraving to your replacement ring at no extra charge, or apply new engraving on request.
Aydins covers outbound shipping on the replacement. Customer covers return shipping on the original ring.

The Aydins Protection Plan is a purchasable add-on you can select at checkout. It is optional, not included by default. If you add it to your order, you get one free exchange within 6 months of the day you receive your ring, size, style, even engraved, with the standard exchange fees waived.
It’s for the customer who wants the safety net: ordered the wrong size, picked a finish that doesn’t feel right on your hand, want to swap to a different band six weeks in, if you bought the Plan, that swap is on us.
Without the Plan, the standard exchange fee schedule above applies. With the Plan, your one free exchange covers items $1,000+ as well (the 25% fee on those items is waived for the single free exchange). Two ways to receive your refund:
- Original payment method. Refunds processed back to the original card or PayPal account within 5–7 business days of inspection.
- Store credit + 5% bonus. Take your refund as store credit and we’ll add a 5% bonus on top, never expires, applies to any future order. A $400 refund becomes $420 in store credit.
Restocking fees and applicable exchange fees are deducted from the refund amount before the 5% store-credit bonus is calculated.

Can I return an engraved ring for a refund?
No. Engraved rings are not eligible for refund, the engraving makes the ring uniquely yours and we can’t resell it. You can still exchange an engraved ring for a different size or style under the standard exchange schedule ($34.50–$54.50 depending on how long you’ve had it). If you purchased the Protection Plan with your order, your first exchange within 6 months is free.

Who pays return shipping?
The customer covers return shipping on returns and on standard exchanges. Aydins covers outbound shipping on the replacement ring.
How is this different from the Lifetime Warranty?
Returns and exchanges are about changing your mind. The Lifetime Warranty is a separate program covering manufacturing defects: free in the first 6 months, $34.50 from 6–12 months, $54.50 after 12 months. Items priced over $1,000 carry a 25% surcharge at every tier. Lifetime Sizing is a third, separate program, for the original purchaser, small flat fee, no time limit. All three live alongside each other.
