How does the free engraving work?
Free on every Aydins ring, no upcharge. Up to 30 characters per side, inside or outside the band. Standard text ships in 1 to 2 business days after your order. Custom artwork (handwriting, fingerprints, logos, photos) ships in 3 to 5. Add your text or upload artwork at checkout.
What if the ring doesn’t fit?
Free size exchange within the first 30 days for unengraved rings. Engraved rings exchange for a flat $34.50 (we transfer your engraving free). After 30 days, our Lifetime Sizing program is $34.50 in year one, $54.50 every year after, for the original purchaser.
Can a tungsten ring be cut off in an emergency?
Yes. Tungsten is hard but brittle. EMTs and ER staff use standard tungsten-ring pliers to safely crack and remove tungsten bands in an emergency. Titanium can be cut with standard ring-cutting tools. All Aydins wedding bands are considered safe for everyday wear.
How fast is shipping?
Free FedEx 2Day shipping on every US order, after our 1 to 3 business day workshop processing. Total order-to-door window is 3 to 5 business days for the US. Free international shipping on all wedding bands to Canada, UK, Germany, and Australia. Worldwide shipping is available at checkout.
Do you have matching sets for couples?
Yes. Our Couple’s Matching Sets collection has matched his-and-hers bands in every material we carry. Both rings ship with free inside engraving, and the whole set qualifies for our Lifetime Sizing and Aydins Lifetime Warranty.
What does the Aydins Lifetime Warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects, cracks, chips, structural failure, and material defects that occur under normal wear. Free in the first 6 months, $34.50 flat from 6 to 12 months, $54.50 flat after 12 months. Items priced over $1,000 carry a 25% surcharge at every tier. Sizing changes are handled under our separate Lifetime Sizing program.
