The Aydins guide / Men's wedding bands

How to choose
a men's
wedding band.

A ring for your life. A choice that's yours.

From the feel on your hand to the details only you know. Five decisions to help you find a band that feels like you.

For the everyday. For the extraordinary.

01 / Start with your everyday

Think beyond the wedding day.

What feels right at your desk, on a night out, or with your everyday clothes? Start with how you want to wear it.

01

Comfort first

If you rarely wear jewelry, try different weights and widths. Notice the band between your fingers, not just how it looks.

02

Your own style

Look at the colors and textures you already wear. A polished classic, a dark matte finish or a natural inlay can each feel personal.

03

Care that fits

Consider the whole design, including stones and inlays. Remove jewelry for activities that could catch, crush or damage it, and follow workplace rules.

02 / Find your material

Choose the feel.
Then the finish.

A material sets the tone; its finish and details make it yours. Here are six starting points from the Aydins collection.

A closer look at inlays

Compare the base band and the inlay separately. Natural materials and coatings can need extra care.

03 / Find your proportion

A few millimeters.
A different feeling.

Width changes both the look and the fit. Try a sizer in the width you plan to wear; a wider band can feel tighter at the same ring size.

Find your ring size

Relative widths shown for illustration, not actual size. Available widths vary by design.

04 / Choose your silhouette

It's all in the profile.

The outside shape changes how a band looks. The inside fit changes how it feels. Check both on the ring you choose.

Flat

A straight outer surface for a clean, architectural look.

Domed

A rounded outer surface with a softer, classic silhouette.

Beveled

Angled edges frame the center and catch the light.

And on the inside? A comfort-fit interior is rounded against your finger. It can be paired with different outer profiles. These drawings illustrate the outside only.

05 / Make it personal

A name. A date.
A part of your story.

A simple inscription can make a familiar band entirely yours. Or explore a fingerprint design for a more visible expression of your connection.

Check the options for your exact ring, including placement, character limits and artwork requirements. Review the spelling before you order.

Before you make it yours

What is the best material for a men’s wedding band?
Start with the feel and appearance you enjoy, then compare the care requirements of the whole ring. Titanium is a lightweight option; tungsten has a more substantial feel; gold is a traditional precious metal. Inlays, coatings and stones need their own consideration. Compare the materials.
Should I choose a 6 mm or an 8 mm band?
Try both at your intended size. A 6 mm band has a more understated look; an 8 mm band has more presence. There is no correct width for a particular hand or style, and a wider band may feel tighter at the same size.
Is comfort fit the same as a rounded profile?
No. Comfort fit describes the inside of the band, where it touches your finger. Flat, domed and beveled describe the outside. A ring can have a flat outer surface and a comfort-fit interior. Check the individual product specifications.
Can my wedding band be resized later?
This depends on the material and construction. Some rings cannot be resized conventionally, and an inlay or stone setting may limit the options. Ask about your specific ring and read the sizing and warranty terms before ordering.
How far ahead should I order?
Check the processing estimate on the exact product, then allow time for shipping and a fit check. Custom designs and engraving can have different lead times. If you have a wedding date in mind, contact us before placing the order.
