The Metal

Tungsten carbide is the hardest wedding-band metal made - roughly 4× harder than titanium and 10× harder than 18k gold. That's not marketing language; it's a measurable Mohs hardness of 8.5-9. In practical terms: this band will not scratch from keys, tools, gym equipment, or daily contact with desks, steering wheels, or phone cases. It will look the same in five years as it looks the day you open the box.

Both tones on the VERTEX are PVD (physical vapor deposition) finishes bonded to the tungsten core at the molecular level - not paint or plating. Neither can peel, strip, or wear through. The metal is fully hypoallergenic and nickel-free. The pinstripe is a single narrow groove cut into the face of the ring, filled with polished yellow-gold-tone PVD, so the color contrast lives in structural geometry.

The Yellow Gold Pinstripe

A pinstripe is narrower than a groove - a hair-thin line of color running around the center of the band. On the VERTEX, that line is polished yellow-gold-tone PVD set into a precision-cut channel in the polished black face. From a distance the ring reads as a black band with a single warm bright line; up close, the contrast is crisp and precise.
