1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using shopaydins.com (the "Site"), operated by Lakhani Group LLC dba Aydins Jewelry ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Site or purchase our products.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Our products are intended for adult consumers. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Account Registration and Security

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at lakhani.amir@yahoo.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Product Descriptions and Pricing

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are completely accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed or payment processed.

Prices are listed in US Dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges unless stated. All prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Custom and Personalized Orders

Many of our products feature customizations including engraving, fingerprint impressions, wood inlays, and custom sizing. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Once production of a personalized or engraved item has begun, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
  • Custom and engraved rings are non-returnable and non-refundable except for manufacturing defects.
  • We will make every effort to reproduce your engraving or fingerprint image accurately, but minor variations may occur due to the nature of the engraving process.
  • You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all personalization details before submitting your order.

6. Order Acceptance and Payment

Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept payment via major credit cards, Shopify Payments, and other methods as displayed at checkout. Your payment information is processed securely by Shopify Payments and Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.

We will send an order confirmation email once your order is accepted. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping policies are available on our Shipping page at shopaydins.com/policies/shipping-policy. We offer free standard shipping on orders within the United States. International shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Sizing

Our return and exchange policies are detailed on our Refund Policy page at shopaydins.com/policies/refund-policy. Key terms include:

  • Non-engraved rings may be returned within 30 days subject to a restocking fee.
  • Engraved and custom rings are non-returnable.
  • Exchanges are free for non-engraved rings within 30 days.
  • Engraved rings and rings after 30 days are eligible for exchange through our lifetime sizing program. Fees apply based on timing.
  • Custom 14k gold rings have a $100 exchange fee and 25% restocking fee.

9. Warranty

Aydins Jewelry offers a lifetime sizing warranty to the original purchaser. This means that if your ring no longer fits, we will resize or exchange it for the same style and width for a processing fee. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

This warranty covers sizing only and does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, alterations by unauthorized parties, or loss of the product. Custom 14k gold rings and certain specialty materials may have additional restrictions as noted on our Refund Policy page.

Except as expressly stated in this warranty, all products are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, page layouts, and software, is the property of Aydins Jewelry or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

11. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, photos, testimonials, or other content to the Site (including through Loox or other review platforms), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

  • Attempting to interfere with the Site's security or functionality
  • Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Site without our permission
  • Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Engaging in fraudulent activity
  • Impersonating any person or entity

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AYDINS JEWELRY, LAKHANI GROUP LLC, OR THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aydins Jewelry, Lakhani Group LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
