The Metal

Tungsten carbide is the hardest wedding-band metal made - roughly 4× harder than titanium and 10× harder than 18k gold. That's not marketing language; it's a measurable Mohs hardness of 8.5-9. Both tones on the ORLANDO are PVD (physical vapor deposition) finishes bonded to the tungsten core at the molecular level - the black and the rose-gold-tone are molecularly integrated, not painted or plated. The ORLANDO's center carries dozens of small overlapping hammer-struck facets across a black tungsten field - each dent catching light at its own angle like forged metal. Running down the exact middle, a single polished rose-gold-tone groove cuts a clean warm line through the hammered surface. The flat pipe-cut edges carry the same rose-gold-tone polish, framing the rough-textured center with smooth warm borders.

Where the GUSTAVO reads crystalline and precise, the ORLANDO reads forged and organic - the same three-zone composition with a different center finish. From a distance the band reads as a dark textured band with warm borders and a warm center line; up close, the hammer marks are the story - each one unique, each one catching light at a different angle.
