WHERE IS THE WAREHOUSE WHERE MY ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED?
Everything we ship comes from our location in Flower Mound, Texas. Please note that our office location is not open to the public.

WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR RETAIL LOCATIONS
As of right now, we have only one store, which is located inside the Grapevine Mills Mall by entrance 6 next to PUMA and Off Broadway Shoes.

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept PayPal Express, PayPal Credit, and all major credit cards. We also offer weekly and monthly payment terms with Klarna and Shop Pay. At this time we DO NOT accept money orders, checks, or cash.

We typically ship our products within 1-3 business days of placing the order. Shipping times for custom orders and special request will depend on the requirement.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR SHIPPING?
We offer FREE USPS First Class Mail shipping on all our products within the United States. Additional shipping options are available for purchase at checkout.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Express shipping to most destinations around the world is available for a small flat rate. Unfortunately, certain locations and PO Box addresses will not qualify for Express shipping. We will let you know if we have any issues prior to shipping.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTIES?
Customs/duties are not collected or paid on behalf of the customer. If there are any customs or duties due when the item arrives, they are the customer's responsibility.
