ASH

The ASH is a solid 14k yellow gold wedding band with real exotic hardwood inlaid down the center, at 8mm wide. Every ASH is built to order in our workshop, in your size, by hand. Real exotic hardwood in solid 14k gold, a combination most jewelers won't touch because the wood has to be stabilized properly to hold up in a daily-wear ring. We do that step in-house.

Made To Order

We don't keep gold rings sitting in a warehouse waiting to be bought. Every ASH is cut, set, and finished after you place the order, solid 14k gold worked by hand in your exact size. Production runs 6 to 10 weeks. That's not a delay; that's how long it takes one person to do this right. If you love the design but need it sooner, the same ASH is also offered in tungsten and ceramic, both ship faster than the gold version.

The Metal

Stabilization is the key step, raw wood is too soft to wear daily as a ring inlay, but once the cellular structure is impregnated with resin, the wood becomes nearly as durable as a stone inlay while keeping the original grain visible. Care is simple: avoid prolonged soaking and extreme heat. Soap, water, and daily wear are fine. The grain pattern is unique to the cut, so two rings made from the same species won't be identical. That's the point.
