The Metal

Tungsten carbide is the hardest wedding-band metal made - roughly 4× harder than titanium and 10× harder than 18k gold. That's not marketing language; it's a measurable Mohs hardness of 8.5-9. In practical terms: this band will not scratch from keys, tools, gym equipment, or daily contact with desks, steering wheels, or phone cases. It will look the same in five years as it looks the day you open the box.

The black body is a PVD (physical vapor deposition) finish bonded to the tungsten core at the molecular level - not paint or plating. It won't peel, strip, or wear through. The metal is fully hypoallergenic and nickel-free. The domed profile curves gently from edge to edge, giving the ring a soft rounded silhouette on the finger, with the wood inlay sitting flush in a recessed channel on the crown of the dome.

The Exotic Blue Wood Inlay

The ROMEO's center carries an exotic wood hand-fit into the ring channel and dyed deep blue - a stabilized wood inlay where real grain shows through a saturated ocean-blue color. Every ring carries a slightly unique section of grain, so no two are identical; the exact path of the grain lines and the exact shade of blue depends on the piece of wood it came from.

The wood is sealed under clear UV-stable resin, which isolates the wood from moisture and skin oils so the color and grain stay rich indefinitely. Against the polished black body, the blue wood center reads as a dramatic band of natural material on an all-black frame - ocean color with organic grain running through it.
