What your lifetime coverage means

For the original purchaser, your ring is covered by our Lifetime Warranty and Lifetime Sizing & Warranty Program. If your ring cracks, breaks, or fails our standards of excellence, we will replace it under the terms below.

Manufacturing defects

Any ring that fails to meet our standards of excellence will be replaced at no charge.

Accidental damage

If your ring cracks or breaks due to accidental damage, it is covered under our Lifetime Sizing & Warranty Program, with the fees listed below.

Resizing for life

If your ring no longer fits, we will replace it with the correct size under the same lifetime program.

Style availability note: If the original style is no longer in production, a closely matching style of equal value will be substituted.

Lifetime Sizing & Warranty Fees

Replacements under the lifetime program are issued at a flat program fee, far below the cost of buying a new ring.

Lifetime $54.50

Flat fee after the first year for the lifetime of the ring.

Custom 14k Gold $100

Flat replacement fee for custom 14k gold rings.

Replacement terms: The replacement ring must match the original style and width. Aydins Jewelry covers return shipping for US orders. Outbound shipping to us is the customer's responsibility.

What is not covered

The lifetime program is built to protect you from defects, breakage, and size changes. These items are excluded.

  • Normal wear, including scratches. Tungsten, ceramic, cobalt, and titanium rings are scratch-resistant, not scratch-proof. Surface marks from daily wear are normal and are not considered a defect.
  • Third-party alterations. Any modification, resizing, or repair performed outside Aydins Jewelry voids the warranty.
  • Engraving and custom work. Engraving and custom work are not transferred to a replacement ring. Re-engraving or re-customizing the replacement is at the customer's expense.
  • Sentimental value. Aydins Jewelry replaces the item only and is not responsible for the sentimental value attached to the original.
  • Shipping fees. Customer is responsible for outbound shipping when sending a ring back to us.

Non-Ring Jewelry

Necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and other non-ring jewelry are refundable within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items must be returned brand new in original packaging with no signs of wear.

Engraved or personalized items are not eligible for refunds. Refunds do not cover original shipping or customs fees paid.

The fastest way to file is through our self-service portal. No paper forms and no waiting for email replies. Log in with your order number and email, choose Warranty / Sizing, and the portal will generate a packing slip you can print and include with your ring.
