Most reasonable, like-for-like requests get matched. We don’t list specific terms or windows here on purpose, every situation is a little different, and we’d rather get it right by hand than chase a formula.

We Review by Hand
A real person on our team looks at the request and replies within 1–2 business days. If it qualifies, we’ll let you know how we’ll handle it.
Reasonable, like-for-like.
We’re looking for a fair, apples-to-apples comparison. Things that generally help:
- Same ring. Same material, width, finish, and inlay as the Aydins piece.
- Reputable specialty jeweler. A storefront with a public address, real inventory, and a working returns policy.
- Brand new, in stock. Not used, refurbished, auction, resale, or out-of-stock.
- Listed price. A regular, listed price, not a flash sale, doorbuster, or pricing error.
Things that generally don’t qualify: warehouse and big-box retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Costco, etc.), resale marketplaces (eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Etsy resellers), in-store or verbal quotes, and obvious pricing errors. We’ll tell you if a request falls outside what we can match.
Beyond that, we’d rather you ask than not, if you found something and you’re wondering, send it over. Worst case we say no and explain why.
Because the price should be the price.
A lot of online jewelers play games, fake “was” prices, hidden fees, anniversary sales that never end. We don’t. The price you see at Aydins is the regular, listed price.
If somebody else is selling the same ring for less today, we want to know about it. You shouldn’t pay the difference, and we’d rather review it case by case than make a promise we can’t honor every time.
Price match, answered.
Do you match Amazon, Walmart, or Costco?
Generally no. Warehouse and big-box pricing reflects bulk-source diversion, third-party resellers, and gray-market inventory rather than what a specialty jeweler actually pays to source and stock a wedding band. Send us the link if you’re unsure, we’ll take a look.
Do you match eBay, Etsy, or Facebook Marketplace?
Generally no. Resale and auction marketplaces are too hard to verify, condition, inventory, and seller change too quickly. We focus on brand-new rings from established specialty jewelers.
What if I already bought and then found it cheaper?
Send us the link. If your order is recent and the request is reasonable, we’ll review it the same way we would a pre-purchase request.
How fast do you respond?
Most requests get reviewed within 1–2 business days. If we need a clearer screenshot or a working link, we’ll reply with what we need.
Why don’t you publish a strict formula?
Because rings, sellers, and listings vary too much. We’d rather review by hand and treat each request fairly than commit to a rigid rule that ends up unfair to one side or the other.
