Where we are. How we ship.
Where is the warehouse my items will ship from?
All orders ship from our facility in Irving, Texas. Every ring is engraved and inspected here before it leaves.
Do you have a retail store I can visit?
No, we’re online-only. Our workshop in Irving, Texas isn’t open to walk-in customers. If you’re local and need help with sizing, a custom build, or a fitting, give us a call or email and we’ll work something out.
Is buying online safe?
Yes. Our checkout runs on Shopify, which maintains Level 1 PCI DSS compliance, the highest tier of payment-card security. We never see or store your full card number.
Placing the order. Paying for it.
How do I make changes after my order has been placed?
Contact us as soon as possible at sales@shopaydins.com or 1-800-214-7345 with your order number and the change you need. If the order hasn’t entered production, we can update sizing, engraving, shipping address, or material.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal Express, PayPal Credit, ShopPay, ShopPay Installments, and Klarna installment plans. We do not accept money orders, checks, or cash for online orders.
Can I pay over time?
Yes, ShopPay Installments and Klarna both offer split-payment plans at checkout (typically 4 interest-free payments, subject to approval). PayPal Credit also offers financing options.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to U.S. states where Shopify is required to collect on our behalf. The exact tax appears at checkout based on your shipping address.
How long, how much, where to.
How long does shipping take?
Standard items ship within 1–3 business days from order placement. Engraving adds 1–5 business days. Custom gold rings take 6–8 weeks total. USPS Ground Advantage delivery is typically 2–5 business days within the U.S.
How much does shipping cost?
Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on every order to U.S. addresses, no minimum. Expedited shipping (UPS / FedEx) is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, via FedEx Express or UPS Express at flat rates to most countries. Excluded areas and PO Boxes apply. Calculated at checkout based on destination.
Who pays international customs and duties?
The customer. We do not collect or cover customs, duties, VAT, or import taxes on behalf of customers. These are billed by your country’s customs authority on delivery.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. You’ll receive an email with USPS / UPS / FedEx tracking as soon as the package ships. International orders also receive tracking.
If it’s not right.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from receipt to return a ring for a refund. There’s a flat $25 restocking fee per order, and items priced $1,000+ carry a 25% restocking fee. Customer covers return shipping. Engraved rings are not eligible for refund (but they can be exchanged). See the Returns & Exchanges page for the full policy.
Can I return an engraved ring?
For a refund: no. Engraved rings cannot be returned for refund, the engraving makes the ring uniquely yours and we can’t resell it. For an exchange (size or style): yes, engraved rings can be exchanged under the standard exchange schedule ($34.50–$54.50 depending on how long you’ve had it). If you purchased the optional Protection Plan with your order, your first exchange within 6 months is free.
How long do I have to start a return?
30 days from the day you receive the ring. Returns must be unworn, in original condition, with original packaging. Refunds process within 5–7 business days of receipt and inspection.

How long do I have to exchange?
Forever, the cost just changes. Free in the first 30 days. $34.50 from days 31–365. $54.50 after one year. Items $1,000+ are 25% at every tier. Custom or engraved adds a $34.50 surcharge in the first 30 days. If you purchased the optional Aydins Protection Plan, your first exchange within 6 months is free.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, same exchange schedule applies whether it’s a size change or a style change. Free in the first 30 days, $34.50 from 31–365 days, $54.50 after. If you purchased the optional Protection Plan, your first exchange within 6 months is free. Engraving is carried over to the replacement at no extra charge.
Can I exchange an engraved ring?
Yes. Unlike refunds, exchanges accept engraved rings. We carry the engraving over to your replacement ring at no charge, or apply new engraving on request. Engraved exchanges follow the same fee schedule as standard exchanges.

What is the Aydins Protection Plan?
It’s an optional paid add-on you can purchase at checkout. It is not included by default. If you purchase the Plan with your order, you get one free exchange within 6 months from the day you receive your ring, size, style, even engraved, with the standard exchange fees waived. Without the Plan, the standard exchange schedule applies. Read the full Protection Plan terms.
How does the Protection Plan compare to the warranty?
The Aydins Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects (cracks, chips, structural failure) on every ring and is tiered: free 0–6 months, $34.50 from 6–12 months, $54.50 after. The Protection Plan is a separate, optional purchase, for changing your mind, that adds one free size or style exchange in the first 6 months on top of the warranty if you bought it.
How many free exchanges do I get under the Plan?
If you purchased the Plan: one. After the first free exchange is used, additional exchanges follow the standard fee schedule. Coverage ends at 6 months from receipt, whether or not the free exchange has been used. If you didn’t purchase the Plan, the standard exchange schedule applies from day one.
Is the Protection Plan free or do I have to pay for it?
It’s a paid add-on. You’ll see it as an option at checkout. Add it to your order if you want the safety net of one free exchange in the first 6 months; skip it if you’d rather rely on the standard exchange schedule.

How long is the warranty?
Lifetime, on every ring, no signup required. The warranty covers manufacturing defects (cracks, chips, structural failure, material defects under normal wear) and is tiered by age: free in the first 6 months, $34.50 from 6–12 months, $54.50 after one year. What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects only, cracks, chips, breakage from normal wear, structural failure, material defects. Sizing changes are not a warranty claim; they go under the standard exchange schedule. Loss after delivery, intentional damage, third-party modifications, and cosmetic wear are excluded.
Can you actually resize a tungsten ring?
No, tungsten and titanium can’t be physically resized. Instead, we make a brand-new ring in your new size, identical to the original (same engraving included), and ship it to you. The original is recycled.
Do you cover lifetime sizing?
Yes. Lifetime Sizing is available to the original purchaser for as long as they own the ring (a small flat fee, no time limit), free in the first 30 days, $34.50 from days 31–365, $54.50 after one year. Items priced over $1,000 carry a 25% surcharge at every tier. If you purchased the optional Protection Plan, the fee on your first sizing or style exchange within 6 months is waived. Lifetime Sizing is a separate program from the Lifetime Warranty (which covers manufacturing defects).
How refunds work.
Do I get a refund or store credit?
Your choice. Refunds go back to the original payment method by default and process within 5–7 business days of inspection. If you take store credit instead, we add a 5% bonus on top, never expires, applies to any future order.
What is the 5% store-credit bonus?
If you elect store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method, we add 5% on top. A $400 refund becomes $420 in store credit. The bonus is calculated after restocking and any applicable fees are deducted.
How long do refunds take?
5–7 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned ring. Refunds appear on your statement based on your bank’s processing time (typically 1–3 additional business days).
Personalizing your ring.
Is engraving really free?
Yes. Up to 30 characters per side (60 total), text or custom artwork (handwriting, fingerprint, photo, logo). No upcharge, no minimum order. See Free Laser Engraving.
How long does engraving add to my order?
Standard text: 1–2 business days. Custom artwork (handwriting, fingerprint, photo, logo): 3–5 business days. Both added on top of standard 1–3 day order processing.
Can I customize a ring beyond engraving?
Yes, custom width, custom inlays, custom stones, and full bespoke gold rings are available. Custom gold takes 6–8 weeks. Email sales@shopaydins.com for a quote.
