Returns & Exchanges

Below are the terms and conditions governing a straightforward exchange process.

• Exchanges Are FREE.
• Custom 14k Gold Rings have an exchange fee of $100 (cannot be sized and have to be remade)
• You are responsible for the postage to us. We will take care of the standard postage on the way back for US Customers only.
• Send the ring back with the printed exchange form.
• Once received we will process your exchange as quickly as possible.

Here are the terms and conditions that apply to exchanges covered by our lifetime warranty.

• Lifetime Sizing Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
• Shipping fees are the responsibility of the consumer
• Aydin's is not responsible for the sentimental or intrinsic value of the original ring
• The ring can only be replaced with the exact same style and width.
• Aydin's may substitute a similar style in case a certain ring style has been discontinued.
• Engraved Ring/Lifetime Size Exchanges are $29. Exchanges after 12 months are $49.

Listed below are the terms and conditions regarding the return of your ring.

• Engraved rings CANNOT be returned.
• You are responsible for the postage to us.
• Send the ring back with the printed return form.
• Once we receive your return, we will process it and apply a $25 restocking fee.
• Additionally, we will deduct any postage costs incurred in sending you the item.
• Custom 14k Gold Rings have a restocking fee of 25%
