The FUROR is a tungsten carbide men's wedding band, offered in 6mm and 8mm widths, with a polished rose-gold-tone tungsten domed body carrying a synthetic emerald-green fire-opal inlay running the full circumference across the crown. Built comfort-fit, inside-laser-engravable, and backed by the Aydins Lifetime Warranty - green opal fire framed by warm rose gold.
The Metal
Tungsten carbide is the hardest wedding-band metal made - roughly 4× harder than titanium and 10× harder than 18k gold. That's not marketing language; it's a measurable Mohs hardness of 8.5-9. In practical terms: this band resists scratches from keys, tools, gym equipment, and daily contact with desks, steering wheels, and phone cases. It will look the same in five years as it looks the day you open the box.
The rose gold tone on the FUROR is a PVD (physical vapor deposition) finish bonded to the tungsten core at the molecular level - not paint or plating. It won't peel, strip, or wear through. If you have a metal sensitivity, contact us about this ring's full composition before ordering. The synthetic green fire-opal is set in a recessed channel and sealed flush; the dome is mirror-polished rose-gold-tone.
Emerald Opal Framed by Rose Gold
Where the ICICLE pairs the same emerald-green fire-opal with deep black, the FUROR pairs it with warm rose gold. The visual effect is completely different: the green opal reads softer against rose gold than against black - more painterly, less stark, more harmonious.
The synthetic emerald-green fire-opal contributes deep emerald, kelly green, and pale gold fire. The polished rose-gold-tone dome frames it with warm reflective metal.
