Beautiful piece! Choose this shop! My 12yr old son can now wear his late little brother's thumprint around his neck everyday. The dogtag print was his favorite gift for Christmas. Customer Service was great. The chain broke on day three of wear. I reached out, was answered quickly, and had a new chain, free of charge, on it's way to me.

I loved the end product! My only complaint, which I guess is my fault, was the quotation marks were included on the engraving (they were to indicate the text I wanted, not a quote). Also, I wanted the layout to look like a letter, and it’s one continuous paragraph. This was the first time I ordered personalized items, so I now know to be VERY specific in what I want. My boyfriend loves it, and ultimately that’s all that matters.
