In 2011, our family opened a small jewelry kiosk at Grapevine Mills Mall in North Texas. The pitch was simple: a curated catalog of wedding bands at a fair price, free engraving on every ring, and personal service from the people whose name was on the door.
The first year was just us at the kiosk, helping customers find the right fit, talking to every couple before they bought. In 2016 we bought our own laser and started engraving in-house. The values were the values our father taught us: honesty, integrity, and treating every customer the way we'd want our own family treated.
The kiosk is gone. The work isn't. Every ring is still engraved and shipped from Texas. Same family. Same standard.
