The Aydins Protection Plan covers your order from loss, damage, sizing mistakes, and even breakage — so you're always backed by our lifetime craftsmanship guarantee. Whether it’s a shipping mishap or a sizing error on an engraved ring, we’ve got you covered.

Terms and Conditions

Shipping Loss & Damage
  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we'll replace it free of charge
  • Please provide the correct shipping address at checkout to ensure successful delivery
  • We require FedEx proof of delivery to process any theft-related claims
  • We will need you to return any damaged items to us for inspection before we send a replacement
Sizing Mistakes
  • If you ordered the wrong size for an engraved item, we offer a one-time free replacement within 30 days of delivery
  • This free replacement comes with no remake fee (we waive the usual $34.50 fee)
  • If you didn't select the Protection Plan, please follow our standard Returns & Exchanges policy for size exchanges
Warranty Coverage
  • Your jewelry is fully covered for 6 months from purchase: if it breaks, gets damaged, or you need a size exchange, we'll replace it at no cost
  • After 6 months, you're still covered by Aydin's Lifetime Warranty under our standard warranty terms
  • If you didn't select the Protection Plan, at the time of purchase please follow our lifetime warranty terms and conditions.

Exclusions
  • We only cover theft if FedEx tracking confirms the package was delivered to the correct address
  • We do not cover intentional damage under any circumstances
  • We do not cover normal wear and tear under the Protection Plan
