Use our self-service portal to choose your order, select the item, and print your packing slip. No paper forms, no phone calls, and no waiting on email replies.

How the portal works

Log in with your order number and email. The portal will guide you through the full request.

  1. Choose your order. Pick the ring you want to return or exchange.
  2. Tell us what you would like to do. Exchange for a different size, a different style, or request a refund.
  3. Print your packing slip. The portal generates a packing slip with your request details. Print it and include it in the package with your ring.
  4. Ship it back to us. Use the carrier of your choice and send the package to the mailing address below. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
  5. Track your request. Once we receive your ring, your refund or replacement is processed within 3-5 business days. You can track the status inside the portal anytime.

Here is the simple breakdown of how exchanges, engraved rings, lifetime sizing, and returns work.

Exchanges within 30 days, no engraving

  • Free exchange on standard tungsten, ceramic, cobalt, and titanium rings.
  • Custom 14k gold rings: $100 exchange fee.
  • Shipping: customer covers outbound shipping. Aydins Jewelry covers return shipping for US orders.
  • Condition: ring must be unworn, unengraved, and in original condition.

Engraved or after 30 days

Engraved rings and rings exchanged after the 30-day window fall under our Lifetime Sizing & Warranty Program for the original purchaser.

  • $34.50 if exchanged within the first year.
  • $54.50 after the first year, flat fee for the lifetime of the ring.
  • Custom 14k gold rings: flat $100 fee.
  • Replacement ring must match the original style and width.

Returns

  • 30-day window from the delivery date.
  • $25 restocking fee on standard rings.
  • 25% restocking fee on custom 14k gold rings.
  • Original shipping costs are deducted from the refund amount.
  • Engraved rings cannot be returned, but they are covered by Lifetime Sizing.
