How to Exchange or Return Your Ring?
Does NOT have Engraving and was purchased within the Last 30 Days.
Below are the terms and conditions governing a straightforward exchange process.
- Exchanges Are FREE.
- Custom 14k Gold Rings have an exchange fee of $100 (cannot be sized and have to be remade)
- You are responsible for the postage to us. For US customers only, we will take care of the standard postage on the way back.
- Send the ring back with the printed exchange form.
- Once received, we will process your exchange as quickly as possible.
Does HAVE Engraving. It's Been Over 30 Days Since the Purchase.
Here are the terms and conditions that apply to exchanges covered by our lifetime warranty.
- Lifetime Sizing Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
- Shipping fees are the responsibility of the consumer
- Aydin's is not responsible for the sentimental or intrinsic value of the original ring
- The ring can only be replaced with the exact same style and width.
- Aydin's may substitute a similar style if a certain ring style has been discontinued.
- Engraved Ring/Lifetime Size Exchanges are $29. Exchanges after 12 months are $49.

- The customers are responsible for the postage to us. For US customers only, we will take care of the standard postage on the way back.
- Please send the ring back with the printed exchange form. Once we receive it, we will process your exchange and send an invoice for the balance.
Returning Your Ring.
Listed below are the terms and conditions regarding the return of your ring.
- Engraved rings CANNOT be returned.
- You are responsible for the postage to us.
- Send the ring back with the printed return form.
- Once we receive your return, we will process it and apply a $25 restocking fee.
- Additionally, we will deduct any postage costs incurred in sending you the item.
- Custom 14k Gold Rings have a restocking fee of 25%
