Every ring is finished, engraved (if requested), and quality-checked in our Irving, Texas workshop before it ships. Most orders are ready to hand to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Once your ring leaves the workshop, you will receive a confirmation email with the carrier and tracking number. Track the shipment from there.
Large custom orders, multi-piece orders, and rings requiring special metalwork may take longer. If your order needs extra time, we will email you with an updated estimate before processing begins.

Loss, damage, theft. Covered for six months.
The Aydins Protection Plan is a purchasable add-on you can select at checkout. It is optional, not included by default. Add it to your order and we cover your shipment against three things for six months from delivery:
- Shipping loss. Package never arrives. Confirmed non-delivery from FedEx.
- Shipping damage. Package arrives damaged. Return the ring for inspection, we send a replacement.
- Theft. FedEx confirms delivery to your address but the ring is stolen. Requires FedEx proof of delivery.
Without the Plan, lost, damaged, or stolen packages are handled case by case and may not be replaced free of charge. The Plan also waives the $34.50 engraved-sizing fee on one engraved-ring sizing exchange within 30 days. Read the full terms on the Aydins Protection Plan page.

FedEx delivers to the address on your order. Higher-value orders may require a signature.

How fast will my ring arrive?
Most orders are finished and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Carrier transit on top of that depends on your address. Standard FedEx ground from Irving, Texas usually arrives in 2 to 5 business days, but transit time is not guaranteed. If you have a specific date you need the ring by (wedding, anniversary, surprise), email sales@shopaydins.com with your order and we will tell you exactly what is possible.
How much does shipping cost?
Zero. Free U.S. shipping on every order, no minimum, no upsell.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship only to U.S. addresses, including APO/FPO/DPO military addresses and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands). For military or territory orders, please email us first so we can confirm routing.
What if my package is lost, damaged, or stolen?
If you purchased the Aydins Protection Plan at checkout, your shipment is covered against loss, damage, and theft for 6 months. We replace the ring at no charge. Without the Plan, we handle these cases individually and we work with the carrier first. Free replacement is not guaranteed without the Plan.
Will I need to sign for delivery?
Higher-value orders may require a signature on delivery. If a signature is required, FedEx will note it on the tracking page. For standard orders, no signature is needed.
Can I change my shipping address after I order?
Yes, as long as the ring has not shipped yet. Reply to your order confirmation email or contact sales@shopaydins.com with the new address. Once the ring has shipped, address changes go through FedEx and we cannot guarantee they will be honored.
Where do you ship from?
Our workshop is in Irving, Texas. Every ring is finished, engraved, and quality-checked there before it leaves.
How is shipping related to returns and exchanges?
Two separate shipping legs. On a return or standard exchange, the customer covers shipping back to us. On any replacement we send out (exchange, sizing, warranty), Aydins covers the outbound shipping to you.
