Aydins Lifetime Warranty
Every Aydins ring is covered by the Aydins Lifetime Warranty against breaks and material defects. Automatic on every order, no purchase required.
What is covered
- Cracks, shatters, and breaks in the ring itself
- Material defects in the metal, plating, coating, or inlay
- Inlay separation caused by material defect (not caused by impact or wear)
How coverage works (non-precious metal rings)
Applies to tungsten, titanium, ceramic, damascus, cobalt, stainless, silicone.
- First 6 months: free replacement, no fee.
- 6 to 12 months: $34.50 flat fee.
- 12 months and after: $54.50 flat fee.
How coverage works (precious metal rings)
Applies to platinum, 10k / 14k / 18k gold, sterling silver, sterling silver with gold plating.
- First 6 months: free replacement, no fee.
- After 6 months: quoted per case based on current metal market prices, because a warranty replacement in a precious metal requires new metal at current spot pricing.
What is not covered
- Normal wear over time (finish dulling, patina, small daily-use scratches)
- Damage from drops, impact, or excessive force
- Damage from chlorine, harsh chemicals, or abrasive cleaning
- Intentional damage
- Loss in shipping (covered only if you added the Aydins Protection Plan at checkout, first 6 months)
- Theft (covered only if you added the Aydins Protection Plan and can show FedEx proof of delivery to the correct address)
- Damage from at-home resizing attempts (use Lifetime Sizing instead)
Aydins Lifetime Sizing Program
Your finger size will change over the years. Lifetime Sizing keeps your ring fitting.
Original purchaser only. Lifetime Sizing applies to the original purchaser of the ring. It is not transferable.
- First 30 days: free exchange (unengraved rings). Engraved rings within the first 30 days: $34.50 surcharge, waived once if you added the Aydins Protection Plan at checkout.
- Year 1 after 30 days: $34.50 flat fee.
- Year 2 and after: $54.50 flat fee.
- Precious metal rings: quoted per case based on current metal market prices.
Shipping split: You ship your original ring to Aydins. We ship the replacement back to you at no cost.
Processing time
Once your ring arrives at our workshop, refunds and replacement shipments are processed in 3 to 5 business days.
How to file a claim or request a resize
Visit our Returns & Exchanges page to start any warranty claim, resize request, or return. Include a clear photo of the ring so we can confirm coverage before shipping a replacement.

FAQ's
How does inside engraving work?
Free with every order. You can engrave text, dates, coordinates, fingerprints, handwriting, signatures, or a custom image. Standard fonts are included; if you want a specific font or custom artwork, send us a sample after checkout and we'll match it. Engraving is permanent and laser-etched, not stamped.
Do you offer custom sizes or widths?
Yes, within reason. We can do half sizes, sizes below 5 and above 15, and non-standard widths on most styles. Reach out before ordering with what you need and we'll quote the timeline. Some materials (ceramic, full-engraved patterns) have manufacturing limits we'll be upfront about.
Which material is right for me?
Tungsten is hardest and most scratch-resistant; great for daily wear and active hands. Titanium is lighter, hypoallergenic, and softer in feel. Ceramic is hard like tungsten but lighter and a true permanent black. Solid 14k gold is softer than tungsten and will pick up character marks over time, which most buyers like; pick gold if you want a traditional precious metal. Each ring's Material tab covers the specifics for that piece.
Are your rings really handcrafted?
Yes. Every Aydins ring is hand-finished, hand-inspected, and hand-engraved in our workshop before it ships. We've been doing this since 2011. That's why standard turnaround is 1 to 3 business days and not same-day; the quality check takes a beat.

Free Shipping
Every order ships free anywhere in the United States with no minimum. Free shipping is also available to Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom on orders of $90 USD or more.
Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1 to 5 business days. Engraved rings, custom sizes, and special widths can add a day or two; we'll let you know if your order needs extra time.
Express and Next-Day Delivery
Available at checkout for an additional fee. Express options reduce transit time after the order ships, but standard processing time still applies before the package goes out. For custom or made-to-order products, the listed production time still applies before any shipping method begins.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide to most countries. If yours isn't listed at checkout, contact us and we'll work something out. Delivery times vary by destination. UPS and FedEx Express options are available for faster international transit.
