Production Timeline

Universal J Custom rings are made to order in 6 to 10 weeks. Each ring is cut, set, and finished after you place the order — we don't pre-make solid-gold inventory. You'll get an email when production begins and another when it ships. If you need a piece sooner, contact us before ordering; we can often quote a faster timeline on simpler designs, or point you to the same design in tungsten or ceramic, which ship in 1 to 3 business days.

Free US Shipping

Free shipping on every UJC order, anywhere in the United States, with no minimum. Once production is complete, we ship via FedEx or UPS with full insurance and signature required. Domestic transit averages 2 to 5 business days after the package leaves our workshop.

International Shipping

We ship UJC orders worldwide to most countries. International shipping is quoted at checkout based on destination. Delivery times vary by destination and can take 1 to 3 weeks depending on customs. UPS and FedEx Express options are available for faster international transit.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email the day your ring ships. Most domestic orders are delivered within a week of shipping; international orders can take 1 to 3 weeks depending on the destination's customs.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 30-day returns on UJC rings. Because every piece is made to your exact size, returns are reviewed individually — reach out before shipping anything back so we can confirm fit, document any issues, and make it right. Lifetime Warranty

Every UJC ring carries our lifetime warranty: free resizing, free polishing, free inlay re-set if it ever loosens. We've been hand-building rings since 2011 and we stand behind the work. The warranty doesn't cover loss or theft — that's what your homeowner's insurance is for.
